Not what is in fashion, but what is right for you

At Etonne, care begins with looking at each patient's physical condition and daily life together. We choose a treatment with a view to life after the procedure, not only the day it ends.

On what basis does Etonne recommend a treatment?

A treatment we could not recommend to our own families is one we will not recommend to our patients.

Our guiding principle at Etonne is clear: evidence-based medicine.

We do not rush to be first with something new. Among methods that are already known and whose evaluation is well established, we consider adopting only those that have been validated by a sufficient body of data.

For Lumécel cell therapy, we do not culture cells to increase their number, since that approach requires a separate approval process in Korea. Instead, we chose preconditioning, which prepares the cells, even in smaller quantities, to be in a state where they can do their work. We decided to adopt this preconditioning method only now, after it had become established through the work of many researchers and physicians.

Cell therapy is not magic. It does not make you younger all at once; it is a treatment that guides the gradual process of change in the body, and our job is to prepare, as thoroughly as we can, everything that process can draw on.

How we understand and explain cell therapy is set out in the explanation of how it works on the Treatments page.

Who provides the care?

The doctors leading Etonne have worked with regenerative medicine in practice and research for some twenty years, and they personally handle everything from assessment to the procedure itself.
