This policy applies to your use of this site.
Etonne Plastic Surgery Clinic ("Etonne") publishes the following policy on the personal information processed through the Lumécel website (lumecel.etonne.kr, "this site"), in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act (「개인정보 보호법」).
Personal information collected at the clinic in the course of treatment, appointments and consultations (such as medical records) is governed by the privacy policy posted on the premises of Etonne Plastic Surgery Clinic.
Article 1. Personal information processed and how it is collected
This site has no forms that ask for your name, contact details or other personal information.
The following information is generated and collected automatically while you use the site.
- Access logs. Items: IP address, date and time of access, address of the requested page, browser and device type. Method: recorded automatically by the web server (hosting service).
- Usage analytics. Items: cookie identifiers, device and browser information, pages visited, time on page, and clicks (such as the call and consultation buttons). Method: collected automatically by the Google Analytics script.
Phone consultations (02-518-9990) and online consultations (Channel Talk) take place outside this site. Contact details and consultation content you share during a phone consultation are processed at the clinic solely to guide that consultation. Online consultations take place on the Channel Talk service provided by Channel Corporation (주식회사 채널코퍼레이션), and that service's privacy policy also applies.
Article 2. Purposes of processing
- Access logs: stable operation of the site, response to outages and security incidents, and prevention of misuse
- Usage analytics: understanding how the site is used (which pages are read and how often the consultation buttons are pressed) in order to improve it
- Phone consultation contact details and content: guiding the consultation and following up
Article 3. Processing and retention periods
- Access logs. Retention: 3 months from the date of collection. Basis: Article 41 of the Enforcement Decree of the Protection of Communications Secrets Act (「통신비밀보호법 시행령」).
- Usage analytics data. Retention: 14 months from the date of collection. Basis: Google Analytics data retention settings.
- Phone consultation contact details and content. Retention: the consultation record retention period set out in the privacy policy of Etonne Plastic Surgery Clinic. Basis: clinic policy.
Article 4. Provision to third parties
Etonne does not provide personal information collected through this site to third parties.
Exceptions apply where specifically required by law or upon a lawful request from an investigative authority.
Article 5. Outsourced processing
- Cloudflare, Inc. Outsourced tasks: website hosting, content delivery and security (processing of access logs)
- Google LLC. Outsourced tasks: site usage analytics
- Channel Corporation (주식회사 채널코퍼레이션). Outsourced tasks: providing the online consultation channel (Channel Talk). Consultation content is processed within the Channel Talk service.
Article 6. Overseas transfer of personal information
This site processes personal information overseas as described below.
This is disclosed through this policy as outsourced processing and storage for the provision of services, in accordance with Article 28-8, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Personal Information Protection Act (「개인정보 보호법」). Only the "Items" listed below are transferred. Contact details such as names and phone numbers are not included.

Article 7. Installation, operation and refusal of automatic data collection tools
This site itself does not store cookies.
Google Analytics stores cookies (such as _ga) in your browser for usage statistics. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the blocking tool provided by Google (Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on) to opt out of collection. Refusing does not restrict your use of the site.
Article 8. Destruction
Personal information whose retention period has expired is destroyed without delay.
Electronic files are deleted in a way that makes recovery impossible, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated. Access logs and analytics data processed by our service providers are deleted automatically when each provider's retention period expires.
Article 9. Rights and obligations of data subjects and legal representatives, and how to exercise them
Data subjects may request that Etonne provide access to, correct, delete or suspend the processing of their personal information.
Requests may be made in writing, by phone or by email using the contact details in Article 11, and Etonne will act on them without delay. The legal representative of a child under 14 may exercise the same rights with respect to the child's personal information.
Article 10. Security measures
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS and HSTS)
- Access logs are processed within the hosting provider's security framework, and within Etonne only the Privacy Officer may view them
- Consultation records at the clinic are managed under the internal management plan of Etonne Plastic Surgery Clinic

Article 13. Changes to this policy
This policy takes effect on August 26, 2026.
If the content changes, the changes will be announced on this page at least 7 days before they take effect.
